      Return Policy

       

      We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      To start a return, you can contact us at info@thekitsuneandco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in return transit. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photos of the issue to info@thekitsuneandco.com.

      Exchanges

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      Refunds

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thekitsuneandco.com.

      Lost package

      Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to locate packages or contact UPS or USPS to submit a claim. We require that you select a secure delivery address.

      Wrong address 

      If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order, customers are responsible to locate their package. Please note that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges. If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped to you, you will be issued a refund less the initial shipping charge.

      When will my order arrive?

      Most of our items ship within 1-3 business days. However, some items may take a few more days.

      • USPS Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days in transit.
      • UPS Shipping - UPS can deliver most items within 3–7 business days. UPS only ships to a valid street address and does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes, we do ship internationally! We exclusively use DHL & UPS for all our global shipments. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes in their country.

      Do you offer bulk discounts?

      We don't offer a standard bulk discount for all items. Discounts may vary based on the specific items and quantities you need. We maintain reasonable prices by operating with minimal margins. Please reach out with items and quantities, and we'll check if we can offer any discounts.
